Recently, there have been sightings of two upcoming Nokia phones in the certification databases of two different countries. First, we saw the Nokia
TA-1258 which most probably is a feature phone that passed the CCC in China last month. And just a few days ago we saw another Nokia phone with model numbers TA-1270 and TA-1277 pass the FCC.
These two are the known upcoming Nokia phones which should be launched in the coming months. Now, friends over at Nokiamob spotted another Nokia phone at geekbench. The phone is codenamed "Wolverine" and as per the geekbench data, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor which we last saw on the Nokia 3.1 Plus. The benchmark result also reveals, this upcoming "Nokia Wolverine" has 2GB RAM and runs on Android 10. The Geekbench 5 score is 136 for Single Core and 497 for Multi-Core.
These specifications hint at budget Android smartphone but I don't think this could be the 2 series phone as it would have to be launched as the Nokia 2.4 which messes up this year's naming scheme. So, it could very well be the Nokia 3.3.
The Nokia TA-1277 that passed FCC is heading to LATAM markets and it could be the single sim variant of the Nokia 3.3 with a big 4380mAh battery. The battery specifications also make it look like the true successor of the Nokia 3.2 which had a 4000mAh battery. Although this is just my guess and the TA-1270/TA-1277 could be a different phone
I personally feel that the phones in the 3 series and 4 series should now
come with at least 3GB RAM and HMD should just avoid making 2GB RAM variants
as Nokia 2 series is there for that.
