Hey! Nokia 7.2 users. Here's a piece of very very exciting news for you. Your long wait to get the taste of Android 10 is over. The much-awaited Android 10 update has finally been rolled out for the Nokia 7.2. As always, HMD Global's CPO, Juho Sarvikas made the announcement on Twitter which you can check out below.
Android 10 now available for Nokia 7.2! Check your phone to see if the latest features have already landed. For more news of Nokia smartphones and Android 10 visit https://t.co/FJfS4Gjt3d pic.twitter.com/9FHxZrddcZ— Juho Sarvikas (@sarvikas) March 31, 2020
I received the Android 10 build (V2.250) on my Nokia 7.2. The update is 1.57 GB in size and the changelog mentions all Android 10 perks such as new gesture navigation, dark mode, smart reply, etc and also includes the March 2020 Android Security patch. Now, I hope the experience is bug-free.
If you haven't received the update notification then I suggest you manually check for the update by going to Settings > System > System Update. Do note that this is a major update and will be rolled out in phases. Also, the update rollout could take some time due to operator approvals and won't be available for download in all markets at the same time.
If you have installed the update on your Nokia 7.2 then do share your first impressions about the update in the comments below.
