Nokia Mobile has started rolling out July 2019 Android Security patch early this month and the first phone to get the update is the flagship Nokia 9 PureView. The update is 280.4 MB in size and is currently spotted rolling out in Russia and Finland.

The user who shared the screenshot also said that the fingerprint scanner has improved and is faster. If you haven't received the update notification then I suggest you to manually check for the update by going to Settings > System > System update.
