#TwoOfAKind | Flipkart and Nokia Mobile to announce partnership?

#TwoOfAKind Jai and Veeru of Sholay

Nokia Mobile will launch their new smartphone (Nokia 6.1 plus 😉) today in India but there is one more announcement which will happen at the launch and that should be the partnership between Flipkart and Nokia Mobile. Flipkart has shared a video featuring the music trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy playing the iconic Nokia tune and teasing the upcoming #TwoOfAKind partnership between Flipkart and Nokia Mobile.

Recently, Flipkart has been busy with a marketing campaign under the hashtag #TwoOfAKind on Twitter and their website. The webpage related to this went live on Flipkart a few days ago where we can see outlines of different personalities along with their partners. 

The webpage has an image of Jai and Veeru (a legendary duo from Bollywood classic - Sholay) with a message "#TwoOfAKind that showed us, true legends live forever". It also has an image of Batman and Superman with another message "#TwoOfAKind that inspired us to believe, the impossible is achievable."

Flipkart shared few more images of many iconic partnerships on twitter which aren't available on the website so I'll just post them below:

Flipkart also has a separate #BringItOn page which suggests that Nokia 6.1 plus or the "most awaited phone" will be exclusively sold on Flipkart.

So, what does #TwoOfAKind stand for? After looking at the images of different partners shared by Flipkart and the teaser video by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, we can say that, here, #TwoOfAKind are Flipkart and Nokia Mobile who will soon enter a partnership. I don't see two products being launched at today's event like some are assuming and it will be just the Nokia 6.1 plus being officially launched in India. 

However, it would just make all of us happier if Nokia Mobile makes some new announcements today. So, don't forget to watch the launch event live on Youtube OR Facebook at 12PM India time. :)
